SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

If you have subscribed to a recurring purchase plan through getvelestoff.com, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal date.

HOW TO CANCEL
To cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@getvelestoff.com with your order number and the subject line "Subscription Cancellation". We will process your cancellation within 1 business day and send you a confirmation email.

CANCELLATION DEADLINES
Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Charges that have already been processed cannot be refunded under this policy but may be eligible under our 30-day Refund Policy.

PAUSING A SUBSCRIPTION
If you would like to pause your subscription rather than cancel, please contact us at support@getvelestoff.com and we will accommodate your request where possible.
